after a long time of hearing this and that about the fulltone OCD, i found one at the right price and decided to get it a couple months ago. its version 4. to make a long story short... i think its a good pedal, but i think i would get along with it A LOT better if the low end was more transparent. i dont know if that means less bass or what... but the pedal just seems so "boomy" or "woofy" compared to all my other drives. is this a common complaint with the OCDs? any cures? thanks...

Re: less low end from OCD?
I tried for a bit, but couldn't really find a schematic.
Generally, though, you'd just make the input cap smaller and it'll let less bass into the pedal. If you can't find the input cap, just find the input of the circuit and put one there.
Otherwise, I'd need a schematic to know what could be done.
