Probably not at all, he's just kind of permanently fried.

Jay's not fried that's just the way he is... He was straightedge for the longest and still was that way...

Holy Crap the Strings are like 3 inches off the fretboard... I find it odd to use a Tele and LP Jr. to record and JM's live, I get the whole "I'm in a studio so let's be creative" thing but it's weird... Oh yeah it's Jay...

It is and the tone is all the way treble side for that really think guitaresque bite he has. He's been using the DOD250 and DS1 at least since he started Om.

If I recall correctly, he runs the DS-1 into a Plexi(clone?) set to kill.
Then the the 250 goes to SVTs.
Although he was using an all Ampeg backline in Montreal.

Does anyone know anything about Patrick Stickles' (of Titus Andronicus) current board? All I know is he has a Boss PS-5 for whammy type stuff.

yeah I think it sort of depends. In australia of course he was using all rented backline but it's always a mix of guitar and bass amps. I'm really keen to hear what the minitaur's gonna get used for now.
