Oh shit, didn't expect to see Kjøtt mentioned on here.

I hear keyboards. Live videos have no keyboards. I dig the guitar playing. One dude rocks and aluminum neck Kramer.
Tell me more Eivind! I want to know more about the New Wave and punk up there (pre-d-beat).

Not the genre I'm the most into, but I know some of the classic bands: The Aller Værste, Cirkus Modern, Oslo Børs, Siste Dagers Helvete, Wannskrækk and Stavangerensemblet. Dunno how easy any of their music is to find, but I guess there will be tracks on youtube.

It's a good start. Most of the punk stuff we get over here is post discharge. Neither are really my thing but some of it is ok.
Thanks, Eivind. To YouTube!

That was a good list, thanks, Eivind!
I'll save you the trouble, lg, I don't think any of those bands have keyboard players. (I did a quick listen this morning.)
EDIT: Oh, Stavangerensemblet did. They were kinda weird though.

I'm gonna listen anyway! It's more to expand my name-dropping ability.*
That first album was indeed a great one. I first saw them just after it was released, no idea who they were, and was blown away by the show, particularly Youth's disinterested swagger and Jaz looking like a deranged preacher.
