The ARC Klone at the very end of the chain is buffered. The Rainbow Machine may have a buffer in it. Can't remember. Some of the other pedals I sometimes play with have buffers, but those are the only ones in the chain right now which may be effecting things.
There may be more than one thing causing noise, but the Green Ringer seems to be the main culprit. It's weird sometimes that pedal is a source of noise and sometimes it acts as a noise gate.
So, somebody needs to have a talk about power conditioners..
