Thing is, I find the delays I like on guitar (normally an Echobox) don't work for me on bass and I loose definition. So I use this old thing, and it works a treat for me.

Malekko 600 Dark is where my heart belongs. Dark and murky, I love it on bass. I played the first 20 minutes of a show only using it to self-oscillate weird shit and it was awesome. I'll find that YouBoob later actually. Wait here it is:

I also have a Guyatone MD3, Subdecay Echobox, Malekko 616, and Retro-Sonic delay. All great, but honestly, none of them come close to the 600 Dark, at least for my needs/desires. If he starts making them again, I'll buy one for a backup.
Old thread, it's cool, delay on bass rules face.

Found some more 600 Dark poop:

i use a Sunny Day Delay and a Dan Echo. i like how shitty the Dan Echo sounds. The SDD is a little tricky for me to set just right in a live setting, but when i do get it right, i love it.

Boss RE-20 - mainly for synth lines and solos with dirt.
TC Flashback - very short slapback for droning and sitar-like effect.
Malekko 616 - as chorus with time and repeats at 0.
Eventide Pitchfactor - clean digital double delay with the ability to set tempo in bpm. Also delay with pitch-shifting and and all this "rainbow machine" stuff.

I use a Visual Sound Dual Tap Delay, which works very well for me. It's gigantic, but no big deal.

Deluxe Pitch Pirate. I might try a Digitech Timebender out for awhile.
I want a TimeLine.

I use a EQD Ghost Disaster, DMG Lunar Echo and a Keeley modded DD-3. All very different, but I love them equally.
I never thought I'd have 3 freaking delays on my board but...

Right now a MXR Carbon Copy and a Moen Pretty Dolly.
Both work well with bass and won’t break the bank.

This is what I use on my bass stylings too. It's not terribly fancy but it does the job very well. Doesn't get terribly washy in the modes that I have though. And I haven't even started to look at the toneprint stuff yet.

This covers most of the ground, except for reverse, so I want a
TimeLine Echolution.

I use a malekko 600D, a guyatone MD3, and an Akai Headrush. The headrush is mainly for looping but the tape delay sounds great with droney fuzzy schutff
