PLL based pedals like the Data Corrupter if they're set to sound less synthy and more fuzz pedal-like with hints of chaos.

BONUS ROUND: Put a detune pedal before any fuzz that has a hint of Octavia.

And MK1 with very low attack gates and sounds lovely broken

Mountainking Decomposer is very good for this (also one of the most touch sensitive fuzzes I've ever had too)
The pre and post gain in the RM1N is amazing for this, when you crank them it makes this delayed crashing fuzz wall.
Driving Notion

Take just about any fuzz with a bias trim pot and bias it "poorly" (aka better), and boost it. :P

Also, TAFM can make stuff sound broken, and it can actually break your speaker for real. That shit gets LOUD

Gonna have to try that detune into analog octave up (into Driving Notion, natch!)

One of those dying battery simulator boxes can do that, but not all pedals work with them (Way Huge and Hardwire in particular). The cheapest combo is a dying battery sim and an LPB-1 or Muff Overdrive (both can handle next to no power without turning off).

Can second Driving Notion and Ultra Fuzz.

Fryette SAS can get as close to an exploding tube amp as anything I've heard besides an exploding tube amp, which I actually have heard.

Not strictly a fuzz but the LAL Cyber Psychic can get totally destroyed.

Also pretty much anything 4MS made. I worry when I play the Noise Swash sometimes.

I don't know if it's the sound you're looking for, but when I need It i just power a fuzz with lower voltage than required. Most of the times it sounds like the speaker is broken.

There's a fine line, though, between pedloling a damaged amp noise and actually damaging your amp with a pedlol
