Well, I suppose the first assumption is that someone is using delay rhythmically (instead of as an ambiance effect)

I'm still used to the way we used to do it for rhythmic delay...clock our play to the delay

never really been a fan of tap tempo, still find myself just clocking to the delay anyway (and my feet aren't that accurate)

I just ordered one from PGS. With their ever-present 15% coupon, it was $135 shipped. Couldn't resist.

I'll let you guys know what I think of it, and try my best to do a clip. I'm planning a big delay shootout, so this could be a good way to test my new setup.

On the tap tempo thing, I frequently shop for it as a "must have" feature...and then proceed to never use it. Same with dotted-8th setting. The dotted-8th thing is purely convenience, as you can do the same thing by just turning the Time down a bit once you get your rhythm.
