If anyone was on the fence, there ya go.
Damn. I was on the fence. Now, I may have fallen off...

Just picked up a driving notion. Does anyone use one with a bass vi?

I hope to be doing this soon.

I use it with bass and frequently play chords in the higher registers. With the tone knob up there's a lot of separation in the notes with chords. With it rolled back you get some crazy intermodulation that sounds really interesting.

It also has a good bit of treble (that can be rolled off) so it can make the bass vi even better at doing the "lead bass" hybrid bass/guitar thing if you do that.

Edit: accidentally hit submit

I hope this means an influx of Infanem demos from everybody. There is a serious lack of them

though the ones that are there are pretty rad \m/

I know its only been a few hours since I made the transaction, but I'm pretty pumped about getting that Driving Notion in. Its been a while since I've gotten a pedal just for fun, can't wait to see what kind of incredible noises it can inspire.

That's exactly what I'm using it for, and it sounds perfect. Muff style fuzzes weren't giving me the definition I needed for fast parts and my OCD isn't fuzzy/heavy enough

Was tempted to snag a step. Dat upper octave

Not a single decent yt demo to be find though :idk:

Just needed that little bit extra to convince me. If I weren't broke and really 'needed' more dirt, I'd probably have bought one based just on the specs and reviews and shitty demos...
