I made some huge conversation out of this on facebook, but essentially this comes across not as a thoughtful parody or commentary, but as "white people are funny because they're different from me lol" which is exactly what prejudice is.

It's just ignorant and immature, and I figured it'd make for an interesting conversation.

It's not really racism because white isn't really a race. But it is prejudice. Also, what is #dogkissing? SERIOUSLY, I NEED TO KNOW.

I don't think its ignorant -- like I've said before, I think he's going after a very particular kind of white person, which is why it's funny.

Maybe. I mean, my opinion seems to be the unpopular one, so it's totally reasonable to assume that there's some lost context here. I'unno, though. What I see strikes me as a bit ignorant.

I mean, for me, the weird thing is that it's Nick Cannon, you know? He's not really know for his, uh, social commentary.

Which is why (blah blah in my opinion blah blah) it kind of comes across as ridiculing white people for having white skin, instead of any kind of statement.

Kroll Show has a skit called "Rich Dicks" making fun of yuppies and most the jokes are the separation of realites. Are you offended because you feel like you're the demographic he's parodying?

I don't get why this is a controversy. Everybody should be able to make fun of everybody else without it being called racist, or whatever. And getting offended about insignificant things I have always thought in some way trivializes serious issues.
