OH IC yeah I have been thinking about using that setting in a song with some delay. You have top turn the volume way up because its very quiet.

Re: Shiva or TGD
WTF is a "clean fuzz"? Those terms are mutually exclusive.
The fuzz is where the flavor is.

Re: Shiva or TGD
I think he means a clean attack with a fuzz fizzly decay that I sometimes get with TGD

i really would like to know how a dark boost would react w/a TGD. interest is piqued now. wish i had a DB to test out.
Get one they RULE

Re: Shiva or TGD
at least with bass the DB is not handling chords too well its just too muddy. I am loving the way that it calms down the highs of TGD and mildly overdriving.

Re: Shiva or TGD
I think the reason my fuzz pre- TGD is calming the osc. down is because its putting a buffer in between TGD and my bass. I keep my DB post TGD and all its doing is darkening the highs and giving it a HUGE but warm lows. So putting an eq before TGD may also work I know I will be trying it. Just make sure you get one with true bypass so that when you turn it off you wont have a buffer between TGD and your instrument(thats when i get all the cool sputters and am able to control them with my volume and tone knobs). I like being able to go from a crazy osc. fuzz to a crazy fuzz with hitting a switch and not having to bend over and tweek knobs. Nothing I have done makes this a "normal" fuzz but I wouldn't want that I have other things for that.
