I think I kind of "get" the sound you're after, but I think you need a combination of things.
I think what you need is a Tele Bridge pickup into an "Overdrivey" Fuzz like a Big Muff on lower settings, into an EQ pedal with the mids seriously bumped, preferably into a "growly" sounding amp like a Marshall.

i also agree with the silicon b:assmaster.
also, try a devi ever ruiner. it was originally dubbed the brass wave meat blaster, but i have always thought it sounds more saxy! for some reason the ruiner makes me think of coltrane during the late impulse years....

Or am I totally misinterpreting what you want?
I'm not trying to be an ass or anything so please just take this as some constructive criticism;) I hate it when people add delay or too much reverb to ther pedal demo videos. I want to hear what the pedal sounds like on its own.
