I  my Ibanez PM-7. It's just an all around great flanger. And it sounds more Small Stoney than Phase 90...y...

But, honestly a good Flanger that can be dialed into a more chorus-like sound is enough for me, generally.

1. MXR CSP-026 Handwired 1974 Vintage Phase 90 - I use it for so many things
2. EHX Tube Zipper - Versatile and practical
3. EHX Flanger Hoax - for fun

Sonic Crayon Vibrato.

I would love to get my hands on a clone of the Lovetone Wobbulator, Doppelganger, and ? Flanger.
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

Not really a modulation kinda person, i don't even own a modulation pedal (Just delays, reverb, fuzz, etc)
But these past few days i've had the strangest urge to try a flanger hoax, if only i lived anywhere near a well stocked guitar shop.

BBE Mind Bender

Yeah,I had the BBE Mindbender and was surprised at how good it was. I was torn between the clone theory and that one. I thought the graphic looked kinda hokey, but then I read the chorus/Vibe it was based on. I always thought the Blue Hippo sounded cool,so I went for it. :thumb:

Chorus: EHX Clone Theory (monotone original ver) for bass, Ibanez CS9 (with rate maxed, depth around 1 o'clock) for guitar
Flange: MXR
Phase: Retro Sonic for Phase 90 stuff, Boss PH2 for wacky Cure-ish stuff.

Almost forgot-MEMORY BOY!!!! An analog delay that can serve as a legit chorus and vibrato. Also, +1 for the Boss VB-2,the other reason I nabbed that BBE Mindbender.

Apparently I need to get a Flanger Hoax.

There are plenty lulz gems hidden in this thread. Gunner, you silly bitch (said in my best Dane Cook voice). With that being said, +1 for what he said. I'm too poor to get any Lovetone love though. :(

not a big modulation fan, but I cast a vote for DIGITECH PDS 20/20. aka Multi-Play.
:joy: things to do, things to re-do :omg:
