I've heard that all the books after the first one were terrible. :idk:

Oddly enough, I've never seen season 1, maybe a couple episodes. I couldn't find it on dvd ANYwhere.

i'm still watching the third season and i'm finding the show is starting to look like shit. maybe i'm being to hard on it, but the lighting and the sets are starting to look like a bad soap opera. it's like they tried really hard to make the show look good the first season and gave up.

In the books, the dark passanger is an actual character...an ancient spirit that posesses dex and forces him to kill people :grumpy:

oh and said spirit also controls astor and cody, and they become mini-dexters in training :mad:

oh and dex is afraid of blood :idk:

ooh, those dont sond good, im glad they changed it for the show!

and dont worry, season 3 is the low point of the show. season 4 was good, until the ending :cry:

Yeah, wish they would've gone with the killer kids angle. Season 3 definitely made me realize the show went straight, high-budget soap opera. Boo...I keep watching with high hopes.

Funny, I just joined NetFlix and got into watching it online. My brother kept ranting and raving about it so I checked it out to see what all the fuss is about. Great show. I loved Six Feet Under too.
