There's a waiting list for Rics now? What?

You should go for the Lemmy version - it's extra crazy ridiculous!

He has a lot of great looking stuff on there. Fun to look at even if you don't buy. If I ever have that kind of coin to spare though :animal:

That's if yall order um online like. If they are already in the store no wait :poke:

I've read the thread and all and I have no recommends for you really because I never buy new basses.... {I either build my own or put together frankies] But if you like tele basses, Squier makes "one" http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Squier-CLASSIC-VIBE-Precision-50s-Bass-Guitar-?sku=519743 And so does fEnder http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Fender-Sting-Signature-Precision-Bass?sku=511022&src=3WFRWXX&ZYXSEM=0&CAWELAID=26040942 kinda.

And no they are no 69-71 tele basses but nothing really is.....except 51-53 P basses......

The guy at pmblues is financing his kids' college education with those 3 Lemmys.

Ric decided to slow down a couple of years ago--they even stopped making several standard models, like the 3-pickup guitars. And prices have gone through the roof. I wish they would reissue this:

Ric no longer supplies Guitar Center. Here's a list of dealers that have been shipped 4003's:

I would try Washington Music Center. They don't jack the prices like most others.

I find this Ric shortage a bit funny, it must be do to the web, back when I started playing they were much easier to find.

My bassist has a Warwick Rockbass, it is amazing. Although there is a chance that it blew up a practice amp, but it adds to the awesome value :thumb:

He also owns one of Wayne Pedzwater's basses, the pickups were so active we set it by the pa speakers UNPLUGGED and IN ITS CASE and it still made a bunch of feedback!

I stumbled upon this on MF, has anyone played one before? I'll check stores around here but it seems like a good deal to me.

Jaguar bass. You can switch to active, which took me a while to realize sounds like shit, but I only play in passive mode. I love mine. It's growly, but clean, and sounds good picked or slapped. Also, I think they're all coming from Japan right now, and where that ain't quite as cool as American, the Japanese pay a lot of attention to detail and make super solid gear.
EH Big Muff Pi, Zvex Mastotron, ProCo Rat, Devi Ever Spectacular Aenima, Fuzzhugger/Mellowtone Wolf Computer, ILF Arc Flash, AlgRoar (Custom), Phantom Octave, MXR Blue Box, Phase 90, Carbon Copy Delay, El Grande Bass Fuzz, Radial Tonebone Plexitube, Ohnoho Chk Chk Boom, Mojo Hand Sugar Baby

Need more fuzz!
