I might just give up and tweak this muff to ELK sustainar specs and call it a day.

Now I just have to figure out how to tweak a Black Russian muff.

Well it needs to be modified to work on a 9v power supply and now I’m looking into tweaking the tone circuit to ELK specs. I think it’s just some capacitor changes. Other than that I might see if I can give it some more gain depending on how those changes go.

I really need to put new jacks on it too but they’re like mounted to the board.

Alan only made a few of these. Like 2 or 3 I believe and said it's such a huge pain in the ass that he will not do it again.

I talk to him off and on via email just to see what's up with him lately. I like to stay in contact. He's a great dude, awesome pedals.

I would like to see something new from him soon. His classics cannot be beat IMO.

Head Shop is awesome man! No doubt! Miss that one some days but it's in good hands (Excane's).
