Re: EQD Transmisser reverb
This looks pretty great. I really enjoy the Afterneath. This is definitely another flavor of Afterneath. It's definitely going to make it's way onto my want list. I want to use this with my Dreadbox and hook up my expression pedal and just go nuts on this thing.

Re: EQD Transmisser reverb
Can someone, please, do a cover of this somehow incorporating the Transmisser?

I wish they would do this w/ the Afterneath, too, which is the main appeal of that pedal for me. The Transmisser looks fabulous, but I'm not totally on fire about how it sounds...yetrustywire wrote:If only there were a toggle switch to enable EXP control of the Warp knob...
Somehow makes me want a LAL Sandstorm instead - maybe my ears are just fatigued today
I was always partial to this version (Transmisser free in 1993, erm, 1996?):Chankgeez wrote:Can someone, please, do a cover of this somehow incorporating the Transmisser?

I'm not so sure. The pretty years and this can be dangerous to your amp in some settings and the py can kill the Transmisser's filter on others.Ev_O))) wrote:perfect verb to pair with my incoming pretty years? probably.

Re: EQD Transmisser reverb
i put the Pretty Years in an FX loop of an always on pedal and I have no volume issues at all because I can control them on the other pedal. It's perfect. I'd love to try that combo. Plus you may get varying results running the Transmisser in front of the PY's versus behind. I doubt it would take the filter out that way.

It's a matter of stacking resonant bands together more than volume.jwar wrote:i put the Pretty Years in an FX loop of an always on pedal and I have no volume issues at all because I can control them on the other pedal. You could maybe mod in an expression pedal. I've been thinking about doing it for the drag control.coupleonapkins wrote: I wish they would do this w/ the Afterneath, too, which is the main appeal of that pedal for me.

Matt Weed is the coolest! It seems like a lot of people have modded their Afterneath for EXP (hard to believe it's nearly 2 years since it came out & I still don't have onecherler wrote:You could maybe mod in an expression pedal. ;;cry

I'm almost sure that the EQD guys said they didn't want to add EXP in because it only sounds good with subtle changes or something like that.
EQD def outgrew ILF.coupleonapkins wrote:Matt Weed is the coolest! ). Also, I'm spoiled that so many other ILF-friendly builders basically cater to those kind of requests in the first place, soooooo.........

True. I still think it'd be ok, but only one way to tell. lolInconuucl wrote:It's a matter of stacking resonant bands together more than volume.jwar wrote:i put the Pretty Years in an FX loop of an always on pedal and I have no volume issues at all because I can control them on the other pedal.
