sometimes, you have to say WHAT THE FUCK.
and i'm glad i said what i did, and stood up to the people that seem to be "untouchable" there.
seriously.....why hasn't the hammer been swinging there? why are people allowed to post such mean, bitter, ugly stuff and get away with it?
as newark pointed out, why was i given only limited mod abilities? why not go ahead and send me to war with a squirt gun instead of an M16?
it's sad, i used to enjoy it there. but it's becoming more and more of a cesspool. how much discussion is there really about EFFECTS?

and Phil & Anderton, for COMPLICITLY allowing it to get this bad.

it really is getting out of hand.
i lurked for a long time before i finally decided that it'd be a good idea to join... and when i did in 08, it was actually a pretty good source of information. this year, though.... so much
i think there's like 1 on topic thread for every 50 OT threads. it's silly.
i can understand why you're fed up with that place and am glad i'm not the only one who wants to stick around here.

I understand if we don't want to bring back the whole intense HC fiasco here, but could someone PM me with the details or point me in the right direction to find out exactly what happened. I've had direct issues with the Vex-ed one in the past, where I tried to play the mediator while he unfairly attacked and tried to ruin a smaller pedal builder, only to watch him turn his Vex-ation on me for trying to calm things down. Sounds small compared to what happened, but it was enough to get me to sell off my collection and stop trying his creations, no matter how cool some of them may be.
