I hear you but like i said, this board isn't built yet. I'm bored at work and curious to see if anyone has similar set ups and if they found any interesting pairings or just other opinions on what might fit well on a board like this or possibly discovering a pedal i hadn't heard about, etc etc. At the end of the day, i'll put what I think is best on it but i love hearing people's thoughts on this sort of thing so figured it wouldn't hurt to bring it up. :poke:
Yeah that's totally legit. Lots of great ears here.

I'm sticking with the DOD as a legit suggestion, by the way.

Moog cp-251
Particle
JoMoX T-Resonator
Oto biscuit or other bit crusher/sample rate reducer
Ct5
IC Water
Kompakt Kassette
MWFX tremolo w cv
You can run stereo set up with t-resonator, biscuit, and ic water if you use both heads...

Just by the feel of what you've got there, which in my interpretation is a collection of "advanced/tweakable pedals", almost as if you're building a synthesizer in pedalboard format I'd suggest the following. Lightfootlabs Goatkeeper, since you seem to be missing a tremolo (I might be wrong though), a ring mod, preferably the Lovetone Ring Stinger or Hexe Carrier feature-wise (but perhaps not price-wise) or the Moog ring mod?. Speaking of Lovetone I was about to recommend the ? flanger before I realised you'd already covered similar ground with the cluster flux. As some have suggested, you can't go wrong with a Bit Quest. So many experimental weird sounds in such a little enclosure at a good price. More loose suggestions: Ct5 is another cool little box, I hear (tough I've not tried it myself). The Subdecay DLX pedals are pretty cool too. Do you think any of these would fit?

Not really any effects in particular... looking more for good combinations. For example, using the Cluster Flux on square wave to provide a rhythmic effect while running the Midi Murf through it's send/returns while running an Electron Fuzz into it is a great combination and creates really unique tones. Another example is the Judder with the Dwarfcraft ARF combo provides interesting results.

Basically just curious if anyone either has some of these pedals that pair really well with another one or think one might. Like if i were to recommend to myself i'd say try a Dr Scientist Bitquest into the send/return on the 104m. :joy:
Yes, that's exactly what I thought, and something I enjoy a great deal. The BitQuest is great for a lot of stuff, but one of its best uses is as something cool to throw in the effects loop of another pedal. Superego, for example.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

I'm thinking along those same lines. My board has most definitely become a synthesizer. Except that I don't have a more recent photo...so...I've replaced the H9 and other controller-type pedals next to it with a Pitchfactor. And I'll looking to replace my Frantabit with a BitQuest at the earliest opportunity.

I think you could use an oscillating fuzz, a BitQuest, something with an LFO for the Moogerfoogers (unless this is your purpose for the Reflex--I'm planning to get one as soon as my bank account tells me it's OK), and something that's gnarly and digital, just for a change. I like the Particle for this. It is the gnarliest, digital-est pedal I have played.

And a looper. I gotta have one.
