Yup, bass primarily, I've even run synth through the freaker and it sounds awesome.

Kinda wish I had seen this before I bought my Chicago Iron Parachute wah, but I got it for the same price as the Wilson and I love it to death in stock form so.
I highly recommend anything modeled after the Tychobrahe, definitely the fattest and most human vowel tone like wah's I've found.

I had an AMT and it was ok but be wary, you might not love the sweep. It's cool that it's tiny but the treadle and sweep didn't really work for me, I'm much more comfortable with a normal wah treadle.

Personally, I like the Vox Striani Big Bad Wah.
And I feel bad typing that sentence.
It is simple enough for me to use, has enough flexibility.
My personal wah journey started with a crybaby that I tested to see if I like wah. local store only had morley. Then ended up getting a Morley Bad Horsie. It seemed like a great idea because the other wah I had used a switch to the side of the wah to turn it on and off.
used to use them both on my board. One to wah, one to filter, both caused instant feedback. Consolidation occured and I ended up with a Vox Clyde McCoy. Then a CryBaby Hendrix. Then another wah purge.
I haven't used as many wahs as some people here and I haven't used as fancy of a wah as some here have. But simplicity vs flexibility vs availibility, Big Bad Wah is worth a look.
