I've got the Wilson Freaker, and it's da badazz. I usually use it for huge fuzz squalls, honestly. But sometimes I just leave it all the way heel down for crazy dubby tones. The Freaker has sick low end when heel down

The Freaker totally can, because it's based on the same wah that Geezer used.

I have a Budda Wah since almost 10 years. Love it to death. If i jam with my buddies i play Budda -> MKI -> Baby Blue -> Sunshine Reverb -> Tweed Deluxe. I miss nothing and could easily live with this setup.
I use the wah mostly for single note lines as an added expression effect that makes it more vocally.

I haven't had a wah for two or three years now, but I think about getting one sometimes. I'd most likely go for the Freaker myself if I did.

Echodeluxe makes Wattson pedals, the Freaker is Wilson. I know, confusing as shit, had to google it myself.

Geezer used a Tycobrahe Parapedal for that song. Wilson basically cloned it, and then added an intensity knob and a 5-way range selector knob, so you can change the frequency sweep range. He told me that with both knobs at noon is the stock Parapedal.

It's a really deep and crazy sounding wah, especially at the low and high ends of the sweep. On the lower end is goes into really deep bass territory, and up top it's piercingly high.

I love wah but maybe it's better to call them resonant bandpass filters so people see them more as a general tool than a one trick pony. They're great if you can find an interesting way to use them. I really like the weirdo wah on my Kay Fuzztone and the big sweep on an old chrome Tel-Ray Morley.

I dig the Bad Horsie, and the guitarist in my previous band had a BBE ben wah and it was awesome. He used it all the time as a filter and it was brutal.
