I've owned a Memory Boy on a few occasions. I liked it a bunch. I'll agree that there wasn't a ton of articulation between repeats. But I like that sort of thing. And having the option of triangle and square wave chorus/vibrato was super fun.

There is one sound on the Memory Boy I have not been able to replicate with any other delay I've had and it's killing me.
Short repeats to just about oscillating with the mix set really wet, and a very noticeable vibrato. Screaming sirenish awesome that was totally controllable and it I can't do it anymore cause the piece of shit broke in a week and I'll never buy another one!
That being said, it's a pretty "meh" sound for most settings. As I would expect given that they really want you to buy a Memory Man. It's not bad, just not really good.
I don't really like most EHX (i'm being polite) but would kill to find this sound in another pedal for crazy leads that I can't get out of my head ever since.
