yeah but its gold. anyway, I'm moving my PCB fabrication to china. I had a fab selected but it was a 3 month wait. now they are all sorted so its less than a 1 month wait now. and osh park is 3 weeks even though the website says 12 days. so yeah my cost is reduced and they are tinned now. I forgot to include a LED resistor and an on board LED so I can sell off a few more of these boards if anyone is interested.

But they are waaaaaay tougher than the average through-hole. You can solder/desolder a dozen times and they won't lift. The design speck at OSHP is perfect for prototyping/testing.

My only gripe is the lack of color choice for the soldermask. But for the price and ability to do such short runs, I'm fine with it.

nice! my only criticisms are that you probably could have shifted things around a little for shorter traces between some of the components. at a quick glance you could probably swap the placement of the 2 transistors and that row of resistors and things would be a little neater (signal-wise)... just OCD shit. looks good though!

getting smarter and using PCB mounted pots. that should save a lot of time. the board got smaller and now has two more components. this is an epic layout.
