No problem.
Yeah, you inspired me to do a little research. And, yeah, Joe Gagan's awesome. And, hell's yeah, you're givin' me GAS fo' a Boomerang.
I wholeheartedly endorse giving wah wah pedals as presents.

Dammit, why have I never heard of this man?
Great wah tone. I loves the Boomerang.
Don't fuck about and get a proper vintage one off fleabay.
And if you find a source for proper 25k pots, let me know

'polk salad annie' was a big hit in the US when i was a kid.
still have not found a currently made 25k pot that does the exact boomerang thing. the last 3 Bgs i have done use 50k pec rev log, but this requires some other circ tweaks to get close to the original feel. does anyone want to give the weber VST plastic element chinese 25k rev audio a try?

Ha, I'd be game. I've got a 100k propot with a 33k resistor across CW and CCW (I think anyway, it's been a while since I checked). It sounds good, but I'd still rather get a proper 25k in there. Where to get em?
EDIT: Just found em on the link you posted ... ordered a couple. I'll let you know how they sound.

Didn't end up getting a wah for my old man for various reasons, maybe Christmas, but anyways, Polk Sallad Annie is a bloody great song. I love most of the stuff he's done.
