Nice...Any more details available on this build? Cool idea, and for a good cause. :thumb:
:)* :)* :)*

I will give full details and picts soon. Basically it is a a octave flamenco guitar but I made the sides full depth so it wouldn't be thin sounding. Also being it is my first acoustic and me being me... it did almost every thing by hand even re-sawing the maple sides, it took a long time to build but I KNOW now how to build one  next time [if ever] I'll make jigs a shit

Ok
So here she is!
My very first acoustic build, also I designed it myself, the funniest thing is that this came out of researching building a ABG
Clips when strings and top settle.
Scale is about 13"
Spruce top and back
Cedar fan bracing on top
Spruce modified ladder bracing on back, this was my idea.
Cedar fan bracing on top
Maple sides
Black limba neck, back strip and tail graft
Pau Ferro fretboard
Maple headplate
Spruce linings [I don't like the idea of kerfing].
Water buffalo horn nut
Rosewood bridge

Is that acoustic something you'd consider making another of?

You don't even know how hard your stuff blows my mind, man. I haven't wanted a bass since I got my Grabber, but now I really want one of yours. So so much.
