I got mine today too, and can say confidently that I'm keeping it. That said, still trying to pick up a step

My DN finally arrived yesterday. Also a gorgeous polished one. I only had a chance to play it for about 30 minutes last night...mixed feelings. Going to give it a good run through this weekend and see how that goes.

I picked up a cheapo Xaviere Jazzmaster knockoff recently and I feel like the DN was almost designed for a guitar with pickups like that: bringing up the IN control brings the clang out of what otherwise does not sound by itself to be that aggressive of a guitar.
My Epi Coronet 90s reissue on the other hand has these OBL pickups in it that seem pretty high output and at full volume will hit the DN pretty hot even with the IN control turned all the way down. For my usual purposes I have to ride the guitar volume down a bit so as to get the clarity I usually like out of it...but then again maybe I should just go with it

Overall it seems a handy tool and the realization of something I've always wanted out of a pedal.
