Hey I know this! They're friends and/or acquaintances of mine.
Rob's guitar setup was often huge and changing, but he used a EHX multiplexer a lot, and I remember a lot of Maxon delay too(the big enclosure one). Sometimes some moog ring mod. Definitely a green russian big muff, and sometimes MXR distortion+ and phase 100. Old E1 headrush as well. Oh and TU2 that is now sitting on my bass board hehe. Towards the end of the band it was paired right down to the big muff, a couple of overdrives and a looper. Played a 50's jazzmaster into one of those single channel 200 watt orange reissues from the late 90s / early 00s.
Mason (bass/drums) use a mosrite bass, modded hot cake distortion, boss delay, akai headrush, and often a frostwave ring modulator, I'm reasonably sure it was the later version. Plugged into whatever was around, often the rackmount type SVT's.
Bonnie uses/used a jaguar, crybaby (I think? Pretty sure it's the one my bandmate loaned to her like a decade ago) wah, green russian big muff, boss delay, ehx pulsar, dod grunge, the prunes and custard pedal by the dude who makes hotcakes who's name is escaping me right now, and plugged into another Orange and matching 4x12 that I'm pretty sure was Rob's. Towards the end, and in her solo stuff now she used a DL4 for loops. Her setup's pretty much the same now except she has a couple of tym guitars big muffs and a 'dangerous man' fuzz made by our friend which is tbh the best green russian clone I've ever used.
Killer band, good people, and my god Bonnie Mercer is one of the most under-rated noise guitarists ever.
Rad! And yes, she is hugely underrated in that field.

Love Zinner on Jag and he actually played a bass at one point. Oh, and he's still using the Space Echo, too. And Hot Rods and a little AmPeg.

I fucking love the YYY's and Nick's entire setup. That band sounds incredible live! Thanks for the pics!

Def cool to see him rocking a Jag though he's one of the few guys who gets Strat tones that I love, always sounds HUGE! I've seen him play bass every show since adding their touring member Imaad Wasif years ago. Think David Pajo has since taken Imaad's place tho....

anyone know what Growing have been using in the last few years? There's plenty of info about their 'soul of the rainbow...' era stuff but I was thinking more when they became a three piece and got into wackier stuff.

One time he did a video demo online and just completely botched what he was trying to do and looked so. He was sitting in front of those racks and I just facepalmed so hard. I'd really like to see how he incorporates all that rack into his tracks

Music gear shouldn't approach kafkaesque levels of complexity.
