What is that box on the right? From the looks of it its an A/B/C box with individual on/offs but i've seen them recently on both his and Stephen O'Malleys board and can't find any info on them, most ABC boxes don't have knobs maybe thats whats throwing me off.

I think it's a "Phase Waver" for keeping things in phase if you are using multiple amps at once.

GD: Well Sunn O))) of course does it, so when we tour with them I get to use a bunch of their amps – only about half of them though! In the studio I use just a few very large amps, mainly our sound is because of a special pedal I use. A friend of mine made this pedal – we call it the ‘phase-waver’ – I’ve no idea how he though of it, but Sunn O))) uses them now, and Boris just bought one, and with it you can control multiple amps and you can adjust the phase so that all the speakers are pushing together; you’re not getting any cancellations with your waves, because the speakers are different and the heads are different. The thing is, if you use more than one amp you can lose low-end and lose a lot of the sound, so there’s a little switch on the pedal and you flip it into phase and it creates a huge sound. So with that I only try to use what’s necessary amplifier wise. But Tyler... He is about the hardest hitting drummer I’ve ever seen in my life! Actually he has a specially built bass pedal – it’s reinforced because he just breaks them like right in the middle; He goes through so many – he’s just a behemoth on the drums so I have to have enough amps. But then he has to hit harder, and it never ends – it becomes a crazy cycle.

They're not made by Eagle Twin but they are made by their mate who's helping out on/building the Model T clones, Ned Clayton. AFAIK the knobs are for a mosfet boost for each output so you get boost/volume and the phase adjust.

Mosfet + Phase adjust???? :yay: That ALMOST makes me want to stray away from my Master / Slave setup.... Almost.... If only it didnt require using all my pedals in front and none in the fx loop.....

They're also around 300 dollars if remember right. No reason why you can't have a phase controller between your master and slave though.

Well I all ready built a volume control box to go between them, depending on the complexity of the circuit I might be able to fit a phase controller in there as well..... hmmm.... But I don't seem to have any phase issues so my question is if I really need it. My full rig has more low end then i could feasibly use  :yay:

You mightn't need it so but 180 phase flip is a super easy on a dpdt switch and a fully adjustable phase pot isn't much more complicated.
