I believe I've heard numerous people say that white people with dreadlocks are AT LEAST culturally insensitive... Whatever you call it - it usually looks very bad
IEatCats - yeah I remember you're part roma... hit me up on FB if you wanna chat about that sometime, I'm from a Czech take on a Baltimore-style city, so I know what happens in these industrial, generally poorer parts and I can talk about roma people quite a lot
