If you want to spend next to $0, get a beat up digitech digiphase from about ten years ago.
It will sound like shit if you try to go balls out with it and some of the modes are useless, but it can be rad if dialled right back and has some interested modes too. Rise and fall modes are pretty sweet and a little envelopey.
It is digital but you can pick between 2,4 and 6 stages as well as the other modes.
Favourite phaser for subtle movement.

The rise and fall modes also tweak out and retrigger like mad when you max one of the controls, forget which one.

The red witch deluxe moon phaser can do subtle very well, it's a pretty transparent sounding phaser + the tremophase is awesome
and it's stereo

I can't remember either.

I kind of dig the Smallstone Nano.
I know it's trendy to rag on EHX.
