Dunn0)) Deceiver

Post by OakenTower »

White face LM308 Rat with a silicon, LED and no diode option. Had to order one. Any users? I'm optimistic it with have massive crunch stacked with my Bogner Ecstasy Red and/or Pharaoh. Great service and communication from the builder Matthew. Looking forward to a new addition to the arsenal in the next few days and copping some mammoth Goatsnake tones.

I'm hankering for a Rat and just noticed this one myself. Have you received it yet?

This reminds me very much of the GFS Brownie, which is a Rat clone. It's tone control is pretty useless and should be modified though.
Good Deal List: bearbeams, pena_55, sonidero, greyscales, ChetMagongalo, xchristophex, Monkey Boy, krautrocker, osbornkt

I have and I love it. I'm using it to boost my Bogner Ecstacy Red and take it over the top and it sounds great for this application. Highly recommend, it retains touch sensitivity and dynamics while sounding thick and grinding.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Not sure how unique that is to this particular take on the Rat compared to others, but it's high on my list. Price seems good too.
