bluebeard fuzz

Post by RossCanyonsofstatic »

I'm impulsive and certainly have enough fuzz pedals to last me a lifetime so what do I do, I go and get myself on the waiting list for a sanford and sonny bluebeard fuzz!

I was going to get the megalith and I almost pulled the trigger but I decided to go for the cheaper pedal because I may use the rest of my tax return for an empress superdelay

I’ve got one it is a very good bass friendly Muff variation.
I cheated I got one from him back when he was working for Atomic music, which is just up the road, so didn’t have to do the wait list.
Not super exciting when compared to Devi’s creations but usable.

I'm looking forward to getting it..I must say I didn't have good luck with devi's pedals yet..I tried the shoegazer for a few months and I ended up trading it away, it just had to much hiss and noise for what I wanted to use it for, I liked how easily I could get feedback with it and the tone was great but I couldn't work it into any usable sounds for my band so I had to trade it on. It may be awhile before I try one of the Devi pedals again, I can't see myself buying one outright but I would trade for one any day at least so I can test it out..

I love my Bluebeard.
I use that and the Singing Tree more than any of my other pedals.
Sometimes less is more.

You have to drop by there, you never know what they will have.
I found a couple of old Effector13s as well as some newer boutique goodies.
And guitars, basses and amps of every description.

I’ve been a customer from back when the were in a tiny house crammed so full that there were just pathways between the stuff.

You will love it, but don’t even look at anything I might want.

I do remember friends talking about that move...and then making a trip to check it out. I must go soon!
