What kind of pedal would you create if you made pedals?

For a long time I've wanted someone to make a faux reverse pedal- where I could play a riff and it would sound like it was in reverse, even though I'm playing it normally. I did something like this with the envelope setting on my synth, so that it auto-swelled with every note I hit and then dropped drastically to simulate the beginning of a note in reverse.

What have been your pedal ideas that you wish you could create?

A Pog/PitchFactor hybrid. And a dirt that only had 3 knobs but could sound however I wanted it to depending on my mood. One day Rat, a other day Civil War Muff, one day both stacked, sometimes it would be a Tonebender and somedays it would oscillate. Basically it would do whatever I wanted without too much control.

^^^ Yeah. A pitchshifter with the ability to do complex cordage with no artifacts yet have parameter options to reduce the polyphony so it can get glitchy when/if you want it do.

Basically a Pitchfactor and POG/HOG in one.

Also, a revamped DL-4 with Midi sync/ ability to sync with other DL-4s of that model. Or maybe a dedicated looper but with the same 4 switches with the ability to use either an AUX switch for added features OR control via MIDI for even more feature controls ala Gibson Echoplex - and stuff like on the Timefactor's looper with the loop slicing.

Mandating that all companies that make Loopers either include MIDI as an option or agree upon using a similar syncing method like the new Digitech stuff that way loopers from different companies can play together.

A Hold/Glitch pedal where when a note/chord is captured, the record "capture" switch is actually a 4 way X/Y pad where parameters can be assigned to the different axis so you can manipulate them with your foot. So you could have loop speed on the X and sample rate or bit on the Y and you hold the pad to capture audio, move your foot around and then let go for it to stop. And then have a latch or momentary option.

Doooood why didn't I think of the DL4 thing? Faldoe I think we just became best buds. DL4 is my favorite looper but I wish I could make it completely integrated with the rest of my band so I could seamlessly loop without drifting out of time it would be perfect.

A looper without any bells and whistles, no onboard fx, drum machines, ice cream and lemonade machines, etc. Basically a Headrush without the delays and multiple outputs and shit, with more volume on tap and an expression pedal controlling the volume.
