What a slut!
You, not Maude. She's perfect.
I ran an Accountant through the loop on mine the other day and got some really cool sounds out of double compressor.

Yeah I am... As soon as she wanted that extra hole filled the first person I thought of was El Cap cause he's always down for whatever but now I'm tryin to spread the love to other pedlols... Dirt and mod sound the best but damn if another delay in there don't make it awesome... The MF Delay is another homeboy that gets down with the get down...
Maude just met an actual tape echo. Blew her into my fulltone solid state tape echo with a spaceman saturn V. Sounded incredible. Like pink floyd jamming with a barbershop quartet made up of those aliens with three eyes in the claw machine in toy story.

Truth, the other guitarist in my band has one and they rock each others worlds.
IN addition to the DSD-2 I mentioned earlier, I recently picked up a DL4 and some of the weirder stuff contrasts Maude really well. Sweep echo with fuck all delay time and a big slow sweep and a big "one shot" reverse setting in particular ae standouts when paired with the fine lady.
Reviving this thread because I just got to borrow one of these from Alex Bhore (engineer at Elmwood Studios and former drummer for This Will Destroy You). I've never had an analog delay before, only delays that modeled analog sounds. I always kinda liked those patches, but having the real deal is surreal. My favorite delay pedal is my No Memory, and I've always kept the EQ knob turned down between 11 o'clock and noon because I don't like bright delays, so it's great to play with a delay which has even more of a warm tone to it. The oscillations are D R E A M Y too. There is seriously nothing about this pedal that I don't like so far.

We should have a game show à la Name That Tune
Inconuucl: I can shoegaze that tune with 5 pedals.
other contestant: I can shoegaze that tune with 4 pedals.

other contestant: OK, shoegaze that tune!

It is a great delay. The modulation is awesome. And unmodulated is also fantastic.
I set mine so that it has a long decay with the compress off, then when you turn the compressor on it gets right to the edge of oscillation, which sounds perfect!

That’s quarter-assed at best.
