boss plug to EHX-style minijack power adapter

I'm feeling really dumb here, but I'm having trouble finding anyone who sells the adapter for a standard Boss female plug to a male minijack for the older EHX pedals. Anyone got a clue? I need like 3 or 4.

Those are the Big Box ones with the 3.5mm (1/8") jacks?
