I got one of those black Jag HH's. They aren't bad at all. But if I ever get around to it, I think I would change the pickups.

I ordered a STEP when this offer first came up a few weeks ago, it arrived today.
So far I've only been able to play it through my little Pro Jr but it is seriously badass - spluttery, synthy, gated octave fuzz all the way through to heavy, thick overdrive (which you can add the octave to as well!).
The variety of sounds you can get out of this pedal is pretty great, really. I was messing around with this into my DM-2 and was getting all sorts of psych bouncy laser fuzz SFX going on. Really cool sounds that I haven't been able to get at with my other dirt flavours in the same way.
So yeah, digging it so far! And it also looks so damn good as well. Seriously, that graphic is so clean.
