I think I added it between one of the signal lugs on the switch and an output cap. However it stopped working after a while so I removed it. I need to figure out why and try to make it switchable (and document it). Basically I just turned the effect on, bent the diode and shorted solder points with it until it made a weird sound. That's how I "research" circuits for bending ;-)

Quick and dirty demo of Maestro Filter, Sample/Hold clone. Built by Juansolo/Cleggy on a madbean pcb. I had tried it for like 5 minutes so I'm sure it holds a lot more weirdness than this.

That sample n hold sounds correct. Good builder as that's a tough build to nail fo sho...
