I've had a bit of time with the TAFM since it arrived, and all I can say is
This pedal is incredible. If you're on the fence about it just go ahead and buy it already. The thickest fuzz I've ever heard, super bassy, but with enough sounds to not be a 1 trick pony. Absolutely recommended!

I've been a big fan of the TAFM since I got mine about a year ago. It doesn't seem to be super-popular around here, but I think it's just a matter of time before everyone finds out how amazingly awesome and versatile it is. I dig mine with a good boost or OD in front of it.

Definitely a great pedal! I think the reason you don't hear more talk about them is that there aren't many out there (since Brian was on tour for a lot of 09)...I had to wait almost a year to get another batch!
They sell quick, though! And this current batch is the last batch til April.

So TAFM owners... Can the circuit get pretty bassy? I'm wanting something pretty versatile, yet still able to get pretty heavy. Like big muff heavy. Is that possible?
Also, can anyone describe like in a nutshell?

Re: Team_Awesome Fuzzmachines soon!
i definately think it can handle the sludgy stuff.... mostly because you aren't going to loose clarity due to the clean volume knob, i will tune down and play some doom stuff tomorrow... then i will get back to you.

i love my team awesome. the name does not do it justice!
you can get some real thick supercoven tones out of it. and it is so clear!
i will pull out the baritone after work and try to be more descriptive.

Re: Team_Awesome Fuzzmachines soon!
after band practice yesterday.... i can fully say my big muff and od pedal were very sad and neglected
i played with out shoes to tweak the knobs during playing and it covers everything i would suggest this pedal to anyone. I was running it with a pog a digitech delay and a bass crybaby with an american pbass it sounded gnarly awesome.
