...I know.
A little out of character, I don't like leaving people with questions.
BUT
I decided that any screen time I gave to MIDI settings would be screen time taken away from the pedal.

I can tell you allaboutit though.
I was using Lemur on my iPad, with a user-made preset called CCequencer.

The next video I do will also be MIDI, and I will probably show it all this time around.

Maybe a separate meta video?

The next video will actually not be a pedal demo, but a MIDI clinic featuring Chase Bliss pedals.
I've got a few different types of MIDI controllers that I'll be using to achieve different things.
And also, all 3 Chase Bliss pedals at once.

Should be neat :thumb:

This is a fun one.
Dandolin, it's the clip at about 5:07 that has the 1/2 speed crackly effect.

Simply yummy in mah tummy! My Gravitas has just cleared customs and should be with me tomorrow, and I can think of no better way to wait for it than to rewatch this and the Gravitas demo for the next 24 hours. :snax:

I stopped watching this latest demo halfway through and just listened to it. I can't afford to do all this, so I guess I'm not interested how it works for now, but my goodness, what a world of lovely sounds you have created for this demo. My ears say thanks!

Cool ass capabilities, but I am way to lazy to get involved with all that. Can barely bring myself to buy an expression pedal, so this is clearly far out of my league. Incredible sounds/production as usual though!

I think once you "get" midi, it'll be easy. I just got my DMC3 and I'm trying to figure it out still.

Everything in that video I learned specifically for the demo.
My experience with MIDI before June of 2015 was zero (expect a MIDI keyboard).

So: really not that much to it.
It's just a really simple foreign language, with a very small vocabulary, but every language is intimidating when it's all gibberish.

Let me know if you have any questions about it!!

The clicking at 5:07 is very unique--it almost sounds like a second guitarist is layering in muted lines...really inspiring sound on top of all the other excellence on display. Thanks!

That was indeed awesome. Some sounds there that I think I've never heard before. Great job!
