CRAZY Bass Dirt
I want something devastating and noisy to use with bass vi. My dirt situation is pretty rad right now, but I just want that secret weapon/big red button to go apeshit with.
Noisy bass fuzz/distortion GO!

I've got heavy and thick covered. I have an fz-2, an elements and a death metal. I guess what I'm looking for is something to make weird and ugly sounds with.Uncle Grandfather wrote:Yeah, Mountainking too![]()

def check out oscillating fuzzes, I think Lastgasp Art Labortories make some of the best sounding variations. The Tafm is a great suggestion, be sure to check out Eivind's demo thread for inspiration. The mountainking Decomposer and Frequency LSD are both next level awesome. Metasonix are probably the most extreme sounding, but also the most $$$ if you can even find them secondhand. Trogotronic 77 is pretty insane, sort of the poor mans metasonix.WeHuntKings wrote: weird and ugly sounds with.

I had a chance to get a Trogotronic 77 and passed it up. Many regrets since then.

I love mine, it's such an incredably versatile pedal. Plus toobedneonblack wrote:I had a chance to get a Trogotronic 77 and passed it up. Many regrets since then.

I used to have a tgd forever ago, but that was when my band was still trying to be the cocteau twins so I got rid of it.
