I received an email regarding this. Checked it out. The video is pretty weak sounding but I'm curious how far the programming can take this:

Re: Arduino Guitar pedal
Hm, I know some C#, so hopefully it wouldn't be too hard to change that into C/C++. I've been interested in this stuff for a while now though.

Re: Arduino Guitar pedal
3 knobs is too limiting, make a 6 knob version and I'll get coding.

Re: Arduino Guitar pedal
the exposed sides would give me pause, especially something that is going to be on the floor and being stomped on. desktop i could be okay. but even then, these types of sandwich style enclosures always seem weird to me...
otherwise looks pretty cool. i think there are a few other similar type dealies out there. patchblocks, owl, and a few others i forget the names. i've seen em on kickstarter tho

I'm interested in principle as a learning tool. I wonder if you can multiple functions onto the knobs? Also, duder on the back must remember to step on it....

With the power of SCIENCE you can attach any number of controls to a single knob. It's the nature of the digital beast.Dandolin wrote:I'm interested in principle as a learning tool. I wonder if you can multiple functions onto the knobs? Also, duder on the back must remember to step on it....
One easy way to double the controls would be to have the pots attached to certain parameters with the programmable switch up, and a different set of parameters with it down. 6 pots right there.
