AMT LLM2

Thoughts on the AMT LLM2? Anyone have one? Realizing I need a volume pedal and this one is pretty attractive...

I don't like the travel on it, I'm a big fan of loooong travel rocker pedals (Dunlop DVP and Boss FV500 for instance).
Size is good if you are a child or if you don't have any other pedal below and above.
Boost function is handy but the fact that needs to be powered is annoying.

For long pedals, what is typically considered the go to? Everyone seems to have VPjrs, but I've heard they break really quickly. FV500 a good one?

dude ebvpjr are tanks
ive tried a bunch
i think the sweep is perfect
i kinda hated morley
it was powered and a bit cleaner
but i cant stand that kind of treadle
i think if the eb string breaks you can fix it
but i stand on those things and no problems
ive had both for 4 years
and i bought them used so.....ancient?

that said,id love 2 LLMs
and a bass wah
an 2 exp pedals if they make em et
id have a board of just AMT treadle action

i had this pedal and returned it. it was trying to replace a eb jr 25k (which was silent but i figured, hey, smaller volume pedal = more pedalz)... Anyway, this thing has to be powered up, and any way I sliced it, it added noticeable signal noise to my pedal chain.

I thought the sweep on it was ok.

The EB string on any of their volume pedals is a love-hate affair to be sure. I'd sooner throw one through a window than restring it.

I'm happiest with a digital volume pedal on a multi - no signal noise, adjustable sweep, etc.

And I have yet to kill an EV-5 - still using my original one from the early 90s.

The Morleys are huge, I hate the sweep as well, and they're fragile for as big as they are.

If I wanted something standalone I'd go with one of the Boss ones or a volume pedal in a Crybaby-type housing.
