Holy shit Joel, you are the KING of modulation!

As far as the stutter stuff is concerned: I am oozing empathy right now. I have known a number of people who stutter and for some reason this video is really getting to me (note: I haven't seen any of your other videos). It's not that I pity you for your impediment, but it's a reminder of how even the smallest tick can alter your entire life. Obviously you are well adjusted, not struggling or anything, but thinking about how different something mundane like ordering a cup of coffee can be an entirely different experience than what I'm used to. And I mean, a speech impediment is such a small thing (well I mean, it's probably not such a small thing to the people who have them), but like, you're a good looking white male in the Midwest. If anything it's making me think about all types of people who deal with adversity on a day to day basis. People suffering from illness and disease, minorities, women, the homeless, etc.

It's easy to forget how good I have it sometimes.

On a less ranty note: fuck yeah, Joel. Keep kicking ass and I'll keep saving up my money to get all of the shit you make.

I'm actually a bit thankful for my stutter. It pushed me towards writing, which has brought me great joy, and forced me to pay attention to my spoken word, as well. Honestly, the last two incidents I recall having were during an emotional breakdown and immediately after watching the Warped Vinyl video in December. Both passed after a few minutes of embarrassment and frustration. I thank you for both your excellent pedals, which I look forward to trying out, and for the positive energy your reply gave me. I'm glad to see you here.
Right on brother, I feel the same way, as much trouble is it has brought me. I'd love to have a beer sometime, please look me up if you ever make it out towards minnesota.

I'm drunk, as is sometimes the case on a Friday evening.

Regardless, that's one beautiful thing about getting older, you just give much less of a blue fuck about what others think, and that's universally helpful, I'd say. Whether you stutter, or are human (and inherently have other insecurities).

Wait we're supposed to be discussing a tremolo, right?

I think it's awesome that this conversation about a tremolo turned into a really wonderful human discussion.

Joel, I have a ton of respect for you as a builder and a human. I can't wait for my Warped Vinyl to get here tomorrow (Vincent here, BTW) and I can't wait to see what's next from you. Maybe you can make a flanger that makes me like flangers.

I'd love to see a chase bliss delay or reverb. And a fuzz! I bet you could come up with an insane fuzz.

I'm working on something that I think you will fancy. Hoping to have a prototype for summer NAMM. I got some issues to resolve though. Thank you for the kind words :)

Woah, didn't expect this thread to turn out so sweet and awesome. Chase Bliss ftw. I'd be all over your stuff if I was into modulation, you're pushing the boundaries, dude.

Maybe you should make an oscillating fuzz? :hello:

Tremolo is awesome Joel. The presets are a nice touch. I love the Modushape you've incorporated into your line. Have you ever thought about making it a standalone expression in?

With tap included it'd be a real beast.

Dude, can you imagine putting modushape onto the voice and feedback(?? I can't remember) controls of your Thujone? That would be sooooo killer. Ramping up the bleeps, square wave changing the tone of the oscillation...

Paging Joel and Tom.

You have boundaries to push

(For a potentially tiny buying group but that's beside the point...)
