Bypass switch issues

So the bypass switch on my zvex sonar is crapping out.
Had it for about 2 months?
Either no clean signal passes through or this shitty static noise when the pedal is disengaged.
When it is engaged the effect actually still works.
Opened the pedal up and according to a buddy of mine the bypass switch they're using is just shitty.
Has anyone else had this problem with them?

No idea about the particular switches they use, but those problems definitely sound like a janky switch. Replace it and you'll be golden.
