Waiting on my second one to come in the mail. Sold my first for some dumb reason (who can even remember) and regretted it ever since.

Oh, okay. I thought you'd gotten it only a few weeks ago. Confused you for someone else. Would have been very ILF of you to put it like that.

I would love to try out the mini. Only one store down here in Australia carries SS/BS and they only have the Fuck. Read the thread on mini vs fuck and opinions seem to be devided like most "this one vs that one" threads. Some like one or the other, heck some even have both.

I want a mean OD pedal.

Either one can be a mean OD pedal.

I just think the Mini gets chunkier while the fuck is a little smoother, except when the crackle is on.

Buzzz and TAFM both make great OD's too. From what I remember, I liked the low gain sounds on the Buzzz as much as the hi gain sounds. And the TAFM is definitely a mean OD, plus about a dozen other dirty sounds. So really, you can't go wrong with any of them.

Frazz Dazzler with low gain and an exp pedal controlling the mix can be a sweet overdrive...

Also the Drive on the MF Delay is nice, especially when you stack two... :thumb:

I'm giving up posting my opinion on gear. It's quicker if I wait for you to post then just throw in a bunch of :thumb: and :!!!:
Also high gain gated mode stacked into an anything (but especially if and low gain fuzz) with judicious use of the mix gives a great crumbly edge to whatever your foundation was.

Update: After lots of good suggestions went down to the local shop today and walked away with a few new pedals. Got myself:

Fairfield Barbershop
SS//BS Fuck
Dr Scientist mini Reverberator

Couldn't decide between all 3 so just got them all which was a little ridiculous but I have a few pedals I can move. LOVED the way the Barbershop sounded when stacked with the Fuck. Originally I was just going to get one or the other and was leaning towards the Mini actually, but those two on their own sound sweet, but put them together and it's OD heaven. Was sort of on the fence with the mini reverb but once I tried it out with the Barbershop and the Fuck, well goddamn I had to get those 3 working together. Been playing them all afternoon, so gotta get em up on my board soon. Can't decide where to put the reverb, but I'm thinking between my Black Fountain Delay and El Cap delay.

Now just waiting for my BitQuest to come in the mail, and once CT5's are available again my board will be revamped and I should be good for a while (at least that's what I'm telling myself).

Generally speaking, "yes" is the best place to put your reverb.

Right now loving my Hydra fuzz; which may change later today as my EHX Nano Pog is suppose to arrive!

Well, been loving the hell out of my Analog Man hg-wd NKT275 Sun Face, Ramble FX Twin Bender, JH-OC1 Octavio, and Lone Wolf Audio Outsider, and besides that a couple of combinations.

Keeley Java Boost > Lone Wolf Audio Outsider

JH-OC1 Octavio > Sun Face

3ms Phaser > Gig FX Chopper Stereo Trem/Panner > Pigtronix Echolution2D set for the multi-head tape delay emulation with the outs sent to two amps in stereo. It's like a Leslie being delayed by a Binson Echorec but in stereo. :!!!:
