That dude who played a lightbulb

I remember seeing this video where some guy had a fluorescent lightbulb hooked up with contact sensors and shit and he could play different notes by changing where he had his hands. He had it rigged through a shit ton of pedals and played in the dark and the bulb flashed as he played so it looked awesome. Now I can't find this video and don't remember who it was. I think the dude might have been Japanese? Pretty sure ILF is the only place I would have seen that video posted, thought maybe one of you dudes would know who it was.
