What I think is cool about these Roland/Malekko 500 modules is that they are dual modules, price should be decent when considering that. THese are just the first 5 modules so I am sure if these do well then there will be more. The phaser/reverb/lfo modules sounds really good.

When you think about both of these series then there are a lot of people getting an intro to Euro really soon. Roland's marketing machine will bring more to attention to this format.

It's Roland. This *is* cheap for them.

It's also advertised as MIJ, which adds at least $50 to it over China, probably more.

The AIRA link thing is fascinating, as it's a run to their existing new stuff as well. Far more interesting than their previous "lighting controller" crap that's in the GR-55 et al that is a dead weight.

And yea, showing audio interface in the specs, assume 2 channel out. 24/96.

Keep in mind also that their interfaces have always been dead reliable and stupid good for quality, plus ZERO driver issues - I've recommended them again and again to non-techheads who have had no issues integrating them with whatever DAW they have laying around or I walk them through it over VOIP.
