There's also a PGS Andy demo up, too. It's probably sized and priced similar to the Polara reverb.
Where the Polara nixed the "No More Sorry" gate mode from the RV-7 and DigiVerb, this one is really savage in cutting back on modes, down to four. I mean, it sounds good and maybe has a bit more control of those four modes, but meh. I'm happy with the DigiDelay and DL-8, thanks, and not flipping them for this.

Yeah andy's demo shows it to do a little bit of weirdish tempo related shit and some grit can be introduced with the degrade knob but that's about it for different stuff. It will all come down to it's price point I imagine.

Sounds nice enough. I guess my gripe with Digitech lately is that they seem to want to give you less in each pedal. Like the Luxe, Drop, and Mosaic are all based on harmonizer algorithms they've been using since the late 80s or early 90s. I bought that harmonizer for less than any of those pedals costs. Their current pedal that interests me most is actually the RP360XP because it actually gives a lot of sounds and control for a reasonable price, even if it isn't everything i want.

I don't think I know any other compact delay pedals that give this much control over the color/degradation of the repeats. So yeah, cool pedal.
A bit too limited otherwhise though, I personally prefer the versatility of the DL-8.

Hmm. I like that the trails switch is on the outside. Right where I can flip it.
Other than that it seems like some solid "quirk delay" features. But nothing
astoundingly new and quirky.

Me too. Watched it this morning and felt a little bit of GAS. I want to try a tap tempo delay, and I wouldn't mind giving this a try.goroth wrote:I thought it was pretty rad
