That sucks man. Do you have insurance, man?

Yes I do have insurance, but there's a clause that states, "...if herein PCB-mounted potentiometers are determined to be the root cause of the disaster, then the policy bearer is recused from covering the cost of any and all damage to the insured property."

I tried to lie to the insurance adjuster and tell him that I was pretty sure that they were chassis-mounted pots. But he already knew that Bugeras were all major disasters waiting to happen (thanks to internet discussion boards) and also that Bugeras totally couldn't do doom.

I now have an "Instant Funeral" button and I love it.

I'd like to thank Bugera, that weird kid, Tony Iommi, Matt pike, and Krosis for making this happen. :)

I've been wondering myself since it had been so long since Jake posted... I really figured it burnt him and the house down.

It's actually great. With the right pedals and speakers of course. Really clean platform is you bridge it just right.

I agree. I can say that this Bugera 1960 has actually won out a spot in my (dual amp) rig — replacing one amp that cost 10x more and another backup that's about 6x. I don't plan on gigging with the Bugera though. For that side I'll use a SS Concert Lead, mostly because it's 50 lbs lighter and fairly bullet proof.

If anyone is interested in it's sonic characteristics, I'd say it's pretty much in between a '72 Plexi and an '84 2204 that I have owned. Now I just need to try out a couple mods I've been thinking about. The first being a fire extinguisher mount to the headcase, and maybe down the road, a faux turret board inside the chassis.
poop.

Sorry, I screwed up the post so I deleted it and posted it again. Some people dual wield weapons on their characters in World or Warcraft. Was trying to make a joke that you were using video game lingo on a music forum. I never claimed to be good at jokes.
