When I lived in San Francisco I'd go down to a local fabric shop that sold only the hook Velco, strong stuff, at a good price. So I'd suggest fabric stores.
Now I go (like others have mentioned) to Home Depot and buy the box that has both the hook and loop together. Each strip is like 2'' wide.
Where do ya'll get your pedal velcro?

I've seen them separate on Amazon. Takes a bit of scrolling through, but search for whichever part of the velcro you need.

most local hardware stores sell by the foot
yeah and fabric shops
if its just for a pedal bottom
ill get that $4 package with 4 rectangles in it
they are perfect size for normal pedal sizes
cvs,right aid, and prob grossery stores have em
i keep buying the big box
and somehow loosing it
