I'm gonna wait for the tech demo but if the mod stuff is as useful as in hoping it could be the final piece of the puzzle that has been by board.

Gushhhhh this is so cool. Love the filter. Didn't think I was going to... I guess all my time messing with oscillating synth apps is rubbing off into my guitar playing.fever606 wrote:Tech demo...

Re: Procession
Bummer, I hoped they would show what it does at the slowest setting in all modes.
It would be cool if the filter mode could bring some emphasis on darker sounds without that obvious LFO filter sweep going on.

Re: Procession
Yeah, the filter mode was the one I was least-excited for. But I have really taken to it, especially at the longer sweep settings (I clocked it at right around 30 seconds peak-to-peak).
I also really like the "fixed filter" effect you can get by letting the sweep run (I think it's in filter mode, but maybe flange?) and then dropping the speed to zero when it gets to whatever freq you want to emphasize.

Re: Procession
Just reading into it, seemed that Brady was real frustrated with the guy controlling the knobs for the flange setting so they switched him out. Or maybe just I was frustrated... like when you move them all at once I can't figure out really what they are doing. I think they just tried to focus on the extreme high setting, then find a tone they like, then move on. I too would have liked a little more. But then it would have been at least half an hour.Tristan wrote:Bummer, I hoped they would show what it does at the slowest setting in all modes.
Regardless, mine is supposed to be here monday!
